Khor Virap is an ancient Armenian monastery located near Mount Ararat. In clear weather, the territory of the monastery offers a wonderful view of the biblical Mount Ararat with wonderful nature. The village of Areni has multifaceted historical and cultural monuments of high value. Viticulture and winemaking are one of the main directions of development of the community, due to which there are various wine factories. Noravank is one of the magnificent medieval monuments of Armenia and is distinguished by its natural picturesque environment. The city of Jermuk is surrounded by mountain ranges reaching heights of 2500-3000 meters, forests, and in the southwest there is the beautiful Arpa gorge. Falling from a height of about 68 meters, Jermuk Waterfall creates three dome-shaped terraces.
