We will start this tour from Haghpat, which is a massive Armenian medieval monastery complex in the Lori Marz of Armenia. It was a major spiritual, cultural and scientific educational center of medieval Armenia, as well as a library. It played a major role in Armenian bibliography and miniature painting. Together with the Sanahin monastery complex, it is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then we will head to Dsegh village, which has an ancient history that starts from the period BC and is rich in historical and cultural monuments. The nature is beautiful, which is represented by forested mountains, steep and rocky valleys, a plateau, and a high-altitude lake.
